LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES

1. A card can be picked up at your local Frank Theatres. Once you receive your card, please complete the Loyalty Card Online Registration, to create your account. If you do not have access to a computer, the Guest Service employee at the theatre will assist you with signing up for the Loyalty Card program.
2. Loyalty membership is open to all guests 12 years of age and older. However, the following are excluded from Loyalty membership: (a) employees of Frank Theatres; (b) employees of affiliates of Frank Theatres, specifically including, without limitation, employees of The Frank Entertainment Companies; (c) employees' family members, including, mother, father, step-parents, in-laws, siblings, children, stepchildren, grandparents, and grandchildren; and (d) any person residing in the same household as an employee, whether or not related. Any other exclusion will be based on the judgment of Frank Theatres.
3. Loyalty Card members will receive 1 point per ticket purchase at the box office, max 4 points per day and 1 point for every $5.00 spent at the concession stand, max 4 points per day. Points are NOT earned for admissions obtained by redeeming complimentary passes or emergency tickets. Members do NOT earn points when redeeming any free concession item coupons at the concession stand. Members do NOT receive points for Supersaver Ticket purchases; nor will you receive points when redeeming Supersaver Tickets at the box office for admissions. Points are NOT earned when purchasing gift cards but you WILL receive credits for gift card redemption toward box office or concession purchases.
4. To earn points, a Frank Theatres Loyalty Card MUST be presented to the cashier when purchasing tickets or concession items. Only 1 card can be presented per transaction. Balances will be updated once a day.
5. Members receive rewards every time 15 points are earned. See Reward Schedule for details. Reward vouchers only print at a participating theatre´s box office. 
6.  "FREE Movie Ticket" reward vouchers are valid for any engagement. Free Movie vouchers are not transferable and are good on the member´s next visit. All reward vouchers are valid until the expiration date indicated. All concession item reward vouchers are small size unless otherwise indicated.
7. Reward vouchers are void if illegible, altered, torn, or mutilated. Vouchers must remain whole. All rewards are subject to verification by management.
8. Frank Theatres Loyalty Cards are not redeemable for cash and are nontransferable.
9. Frank Theaters reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards structure at any time without any liability to members.
10. Only one Frank Theatres loyalty card can be assigned to one e-mail address.
11. Once you are a member of the Loyalty program, you are bound to the Terms and Conditions on The Frank Theatres website.
12. Loyalty Card accounts that are dormant for 12 consecutive months will become permanently inactive and all points accumulated will be lost.
