All tickets must be paid for in advance or at the time of pickup. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Business Checks. Tickets must be ordered 48 hours prior to pickup date. They may be picked up at our corporate office from 9:00a.m.–5:00p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tickets will be held at the reception desk for a maximum of five days after the order is placed.
There are no refunds, exchanges or replacement tickets offered. The purchaser is solely responsible for the shipping of the tickets. If tickets are shipped via any means not requiring a signature at the destination FRANK THEATRES will not under any circumstances replace the tickets or make any refunds. Due to studio regulations we are unable to replace expired tickets.
